Operator Qualification Training
The Operator Qualification Plan and Program are mandated by Federal legislation for energy pipeline Operators to reduce/ eliminate human error and preserve life and property.
Having served as Chairperson of the MEA Energy Association Operator Qualification (OQ) Committee and worked with Clientele over the past years, Gary Worland knows the importance of first responders being qualified to recognize and react to abnormal operating conditions and updating the associated documentation. Gary has spent several years conducting Operator Qualification training sessions, proctoring exams, and performing evaluations (or PEs) as outlined by the various Operator Qualification Evaluator training programs. Gary has utilized industrial Training Services, Midwest Energy Association, Security Integrity Foundation, and Energy World Net training documents.
